So I just recently discovered this animated movie. It was done in an anime style (more obvious with some characters like Chun Li than others, many of which have extremely distorted caricature-like proportions), so I wasn't sure whether to put it in the general anime section or the cartoons section (because it wasn't made in Japan). I finally decided to put it here, because while my definition of "what is anime" hinges more on the visual style, I think you guys' definition hinges more on where it was made.

This is a South Korean made anime called 거리의 무법자 (spelled "Geori-eui Mubeopja" using English letters). As fancy as this looks, it literally just translates to "Street Fighter" in English. This is an absolutely NOT licensed by Capcom movie. Usually bootlegs/knockoffs tend to come from China, but apparently South Korea has some of this going on too. You can read all about it at http://blog.hardcoregaming101.net/2010/05/korean-week-street-fighter-animated.html

Here's some official artwork for it.
