How Come There Is No Introduction Forum?

I was wondering why this holey place does not hold a introduction section. On most forums there is one that allows n00bs to explan a little about themselves and be welcomed into the comunity. I have seen some people create these threads in MSL but am wondering why there is no forum section for the topic its self. Anyway if there is reason please inform me as i am just wondering.

You can you just need to do it in Misc. (Miscellaneous)
section.

yeah i saw. I was just wondering why there wan't a intro part because MOST forums have them. Though i doubt it particuarly matters :P just wondering
