Are they really going to stop at season 2? How could they end it like that?

I didn't watch season 2, but after 5 or so light novels I realised that there is no way they will reach the end of the 17 novel series in only two seasons of anime. By the way, I highly recommend the light novels. <3 They are amazing, so read them.
