I think this how he would work it out.

Nightwing will take up the Mantle of the Batman.
Red Robin will take the place of Nightwing.
Oracle/Barbara Gordon will become the Commissioner.
Red Hood becomes the Crimelord.

I know but I would love to see Bruce Wayne take up the mantle of the President.

It's Batman... Do you really think he'd need the Secret Service?

Also, criminals would fight to make him a 1 term president, if not try to assassinate him. But hey, it's Batman. They try that already.

I think they are trying to kill his spirit and his mind but not killing him. Maybe few might want to kill Batman but they want to prove their superior over Batman. When I asked the question when did he became President?

Never said he did, only that villians trying to kill him isn't anything new.
