Guns that are made with spells ALWAYS start with at least a few bullets in them. And if the spell persists, they may have unlimited bullets.

You want to know what rifle which almost never jam? AK-47 (Russian made), hate to break it to you bro, but American M16's jam in bad environments so yeah, switch to classical heavyweights ;)

Guns that jam are ones with full auto capability, because the mechanical parts are so precision made to allow for full auto mode, that even a bit of dust in the mechanism will jam it up. That's why machineguns always jam, as to M16s in full-auto mode or AK-47s in full-auto mode. But any of these guns in single-shot mode won't jam, likewise with guns who's only mode is single-shot (like most pistols, hunting rifles etc). The .50 cal BMG sniper rifle (which is so powerful that it is intended to be used as an anti-materiel weapon rather than an anti-personnel weapon), won't jam, because it only fires one bullet for each pull of the trigger. Furthermore, it doesn't auto-reload the next round. There's a bolt-action mechanism that requires MANUAL reloading. And this even further takes away from the complexity of its internal mechanical design, making it practically unjamable.

OP never mentioned a magic barrier that will keep me on the island. Nowadays, networking is possible almost anywhere. I intend to leave the island asap.

I just assumed that. In the movies a guy shooting a machinegun jams he tries to unjam it but isn't successful before someone else shoots him. It's NEVER with an ordinary rifle, pistol, or sniper rifle.

A first aid kit.
And a German Shepard to aid me. I refuse to bring a person with me. As far as entertainment, rope, guns and rafts?..well if we take this situation more seriously entertainment would be meaningless because its a survival thing. You have to focus all your energy on living. Rope wouldn't be necessary to bring cause you can make rope from trees or whatever way you can be creative. I don't think rafts would be too reliable if you consider getting attack out in the ocean...making a man-made boat lets say from trees with more addition to it can give more assurance. And guns wouldn't be a good idea to me. Thinking about land predators...it could attract too much or the wrong attention and you can only have a limited supply of ammunition. Either way a gun would only do justice for so long till it becomes useless. However, a flare gun is great!
