The fact that 連れ出して doesn't have an object in this song confused me a bit. I'm currently assuming that the implied object is 自分.

Did I translate the third stanza okay?

I feel like \"始まり\"はいつでも遅くないさ means "It's never too late to start." What do you think?

I feel iffy about 闇を抜けて. It's in the potential form, but it sounds weird that way. I wish I could translate that part as "You can dispel the darkess // And just go away!" But, that's not how it's written.

いつまでも どこまでも can be translated so many ways! I decided to go for "As long as we want, wherever we want." What do you think?

You're awakening as you tread the earth.
Carry yourself out with an angelic smile!

Even when you're alone, you're not alone.
Your birth definitely has significance.

Thank you, Earth,
Brimming with gentleness.

You can smile again
You can fly away

You can smile again.
Basking in the sun,
You can fly away.
The world is waiting for you to shine.

You're awakening as you tread the earth.
Carry yourself out with an angelic smile! (You can smile!)
It's never too late to start.
Get up again and again!

You won't give up till the very end.
Continuing on definitely has significance.

You just try again
You just go away

You just try again.
Able to dispel the darkness,
You just go away.
The future is always waiting for us.

Dash through the heavens and cross the oceans.
Catch the angel's air kiss! (You can try!)
Tomorrow, let's fly out to a world
That nobody has seen yet.

You're awakening as you tread the earth.
Carry yourself out with an angelic smile.
Let's set out on a never-ending adventure.
As long as we want, wherever we want.

You're turning the tears running down your cheeks into courage.
Spread your angelic wings and soar! (You can fly!)
Tomorrow, wrap up your sadness and pain,
And get stronger.

何度でも!(you can try!)
何度でも!(you can try!)

You're awakening as you tread the earth.
Carry yourself out with an angelic smile! (You can smile!)
It's never too late to start.
Again and again! (You can try!)
Again and again! (You can try!)
Get up again and again!

It's more likely that the implied object is the speaker of the song, or a general "everyone". I'm not familiar with Hunter x Hunter, but just from the music/lyrics, it would fit well for a song of encouragement directed at a leader- or future leader-figure with personal doubts. I'd put that line as something like, "Lead us out with an angelic smile!"

On the third stanza: About the Earth? Looks pretty much fine to me.

On 闇を抜けて: 抜ける here is not the potential form of 抜く but a slightly different verb altogether. While 抜く refers to the removal of the object, 抜ける refers to the removal of the subject. So, the meaning is something like, "Exit the darkness!"

Yeah, it's often something of a stylistic choice. I think the way you have it is okay, though I'd personally use 'as far' instead of 'wherever' to convey the まで.

---

Also, one more note -
>Even when you're alone, you're not alone.

I would recommend rewording this with less repetition; I don't know if it's just me, but I feel like such lines come off pretty derpy in English. There's a good number of ways you could go about this. For example:
-Even when you're alone, you're not on your own.
-Even when you feel disconnected, you're not really alone.
etc
