Funimation announced today that they picked up the rights to release Bayonetta: BloodyFate, the anime film based on the Platinum Games's Umbra Witch to be released in the United States and Canada.
Produced by Studio Gonzo and Afro Samurai's director, Fuminori Kizaki, the film is based on the first Bayonetta game with a few changes made.
During this year's Anime Expo in Los Angeles. Fuminori Kizaki will be present as a guest of honor to give fans a “sneak peek” at Bayonetta: Bloody Fate’s English dub. Fuminori Kizaki will hold a Q&A on Saturday, July 5th, at 8:15 pm as well.
