Hey AF! What is the last anime series, anime OVA, anime movie you finished? Manga also welcome!

Me:

Date a Live II: I actually liked this series unlike other people I know. Not as good as the first season, but still pretty damn fun. 8/10.

KoF: Another Day: Oh man. This anime was just horrible. I mean, the timespan of the episodes already spelled disaster, but then they only had four episodes? Lol, okay. 1/10.

The Haruhi Movie: A true masterpiece. Really, I can't find ANY flaws in perfection. 10/10.

Golden Time : I like it, it is funny , plot twist and whole bunch of drama. I give it 9.5/10
Beyond The Boundary :The story it self was good and they add humor, action, drama and love. I give it 9.5/10
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions:This anime is just great, it is worth to give it a try. I give it 9.5/10
No Rin : Also another anime that is really funny but the end was a little sad because he couldn't choose between who and who. I give it 8/10 PANTIEEEEEEEEE ALMIGHTY PANTIE
Niseko : Just a little confusing at the end, I don't know if the guy likes chitoge or onodera. I give it 7.5/10

Almost finish : Date Alive 2

Finished Ouran high school host club after it being on hold for a year.
Only started to like it near the end of it o.O
Pretty strange!

All and all I think it's a 6,5/10 for me.
Not to much plot, mostly episodic with a few things that stay throughout the show.
It's funny at times, but sometimes a bit lame and predictable.
I liked it near the end, felt it was a bit boring mid-series.

Have you seen Fate/Stay Night?

I was surprised that I came to like the characters who I initially thought were going to be annoying, most unexpected was rider as the season progressed. I find Saber and her history to be intriguing too. Anything that's emotive and involves time really gets me, and this anime did push some of those buttons.

Just finished Outbreak Company.
A quirky anime with a unique-ish twist. I definitely found this enjoyable with it's comedic skits and nostalgic anime references. I was expecting the main character to be too over the top majority of the time and kill it for me, but I was happy to find that he wasn't. I also really enjoy this art style so I found it pleasing to the eye.
I found this anime to be better than I expected. I wanted to give it a 4 for pure enjoyment but I still felt this anime to be bordering generic at times. 3.7/5

Hanamonogatari: Same quality stuff I've come to expect out of the Monogatari-series. Really liked this one quite a lot, since it actually contained mostly story this time around. Can't wait for the next ones now, got me hyped!

Immortal Rain (Manga): Random manga I ended up reading for no particular reason, but was actually surprised by how good it was. Really liked the setting, and while the romancy-bits were a bit generic at times, I still ended up liking it quite a lot. Really nice characters as well, which helped keep it interesting all the way through.

Finished Tokyo Ghoul, like...2 weeks ago. But because of school, I can't finish my other shows. ;-;

The censored out violence was a big turn-off. And it seemed a bit rushed. But it's still pretty incredible they consolidated 60+ chapters into what, 12 episodes? But... .-. it seemed lacking. Let's see how season 2 goes.

I Finished off both Kyousougiga and Fate/Kaleid liner prisma Illya this weekend.

Kyousougiga- My favorite of these 2 anime Confusing at first howerever a fantastic story about a girl searching for her mother across various dimentions. 9/10 only because of a brutel episode midway through the series where the voice actors tour japan saying "sugoi" farrrr to many times.

Prisma Illya- Using nothing but borrowed Chacters and themes from the Fate/ series this show amazed me with its stunning animation and excellent humor. I enjoyed the take on the magical girl genre where the magical girl in question wasen't all that into becoming involved, even being embarrassed by her own Transformation. 8/10 due to lack of originality.

Watched the movie, Whisper of the Heart that was created by Studio Ghibli. An oldie but a goodie. I'm going through trying to watch all the Studio Ghibli films that I haven't seen yet. This movie was very slow paced and extremely casual. I didn't mind it but it was a bit boring in parts. But I can't help but love Miyazaki's work, his movies are always so beautiful to watch. I'm always pulled into the detail of life he gives his animations. Overall, not his best movie but not the worst, but still enjoyable.

I also watched Yumekui Merry. I heard bad things about this anime, but it's peaked my interest for quite a while now so I decided to give in and watch it. First impressions were definitely good. Interesting story, world, characaters. Though I felt a lot of characters were left in the dark during the series. They've left it open for a second season, but so far there are no reports to one being released. There were a few other little annoyances they hinted at and left out, but I feel if I get into them it may hint into some spoilerage. Apart from that I thought it was good, it kept me interested and wanting to watch more.

Watched Mawaru Penguin Drum. This anime felt very unique, a lot like the Monogatari series. The story was very back and forth, a bit all over the place. Some pieces felt almost thrown in for the hell of it, but it all pieces together and makes sense in the end to make an interesting ending. What starts off seemingly innocent doesn't end that way at all. They do well making light of it's dark story with gags and the art and animation. I feel this anime isn't for everyone. I personally enjoyed it, but it felt like a rollercoaster.

Finished Soul Eater NOT. I found this to be a bit disappointing, the feel was the complete opposite of the past series. I did enjoy the fact that they showed characters from the original series from time to time. But the fighting and main characters personas were definitely lacking in this series, no where near as entertaining as before. The fighting was pathetic in comparison and it seemed a lot more casual and focused on a female audience this time around. If this was it's own series and not a spin off I would have liked it a lot more, but since it's attached to the 'Soul Eater' name, it definitely killed it for me.

Barakamon - Great series, loved it. It's not what you would expect just by reading about it. I really loved the interaction between the 2 main characters. For an anime about Calligraphy, it's surprisingly entertaining. I found it honestly funny compared to other anime that class themselves as 'comedy'. 9/10

Edit - Hitsugi no Chaika: AVENGING BATTLE - This series was ok. It's story made it fairly unique but for the main part it's fairly average. The second season closed of some stuff that was left open in the last season. The series isn't horrible, just don't be expecting anything overally fantastic. 6.5/10

Finished Log Horizon 2. This season I felt was a bit all over the place. Some of it was awesome and interesting and some was boring and dull. I feel the boring bits were trying to build a connection with the characters, hence why they felt so draggy. The story itself is as interesting and Intreaging as ever. With a nice cliff hanger at the end to get you pumped for season 3. I feel it was a good build up, but the series this time was a bit dull. 3.5/5
