Chat Jmv Error

when ever i want ot enter the chat this jmv error pops into that gray box how can i fix that error from happening because it keeps me from entering the chat......it also says dutin about restarting my browser???

If it says restarting your browser, then close every single one of your IE windows, and then open them again.

Close all your IE windows.

Like let's say you had chat open, AG open, and your email open.

Close ALL three of those.

If you use AOL, then just restart AOL.
