Fable

This role playing game lookes like its going to be one of the best rpg's to date. Formerly Project Ego, Fable will be on store shelves next month. I personaly think this game should have been for all three systems but its only going to be for the xbox. Below are some links I found if you wanna check um out.

What do you think? Will this game compete with others like Halo2 and Ninja Gaiden?

well it dosent have much to go up against. x.box has almost no rpg's and it would have to suck real real bad to fail. plus do you think theirs any way in hell they could make that game on ps2?

I have been waiting for that game since GI broke news on it like a year ago and it (like everything xbox has ever done) keeps getting pushed back. I hope to God it actually some out next month and I can actually have money to buy it... I will stand on the corner to get money if I have to....

You know the real reason to buy this game. It's not graphics or game play.... it's danny elfman( I hope I spelled that right). That's right the one and only matser of cinematic orchestrations, and that song at the beginning of the simpsons, is doing the soundtrack for the game.

For anybody who doesn't know who danny elfman is: He did the orchestrations for such super hero movies as batman 1 and 2, spider-man 1 and 2, and other movies that I don't feel like naming. He was also the lead singer of one of the greatest eightees band known as oingo boingo.... yes he is the man!

This game is kicks donkey ... big freakin, jumbo size, harriest donkey there ever was donkey! Lots and lots of donkey! I love you Fable ... let me count the ways :wub:

If you havent played it yet you dont know the meaning of freedom in action/rpg's.

I hadn't realised it was released yet! But personally i don't like the look of this game, maybe i'm hooked on the anime style RPG's or something, but this is just my opinion. Can anyone give reason to why i should buy it?

It's a good game but it was rushed out and far too short (they were told to release it early and as such had to take half the things they wanted to implement out) i've heard rumors that it's being remade to include all the stuff that was taken out but as i say it's just a rumor

Yeah i've heard that rumor also, a sorta "Fable 1.5" and they also already have a second Fable game in production.

i havent played it yet but i have got nothing but good reviews. i also been told that the oldest that you get is 40 yrs old. come on i want to see some rekiles over there w/ some older people. but im not going to pay $$$ for it though

I fell in love with this game it is really great because of the way it was made altough it was far to short and I would of loved to see a co op mode of some sort lol

I would have prefered it if you could choose between being male and female in the game aswell, i know most ppl think it's a small thing but i don't think it's particulary fair how you HAVE to play as a guy, i would have liked the choice to play as a girl if i wanted to.

I agree and the game was way too short... but other than that it was a pretty awsome game. The way you can sacrafice people is creepy but I like how you get to spend your experience on what you want.

Fable is an awesome game i played it at a friends and i want to get it!!!!! It is really fun to play!!!!!
