For me it has to be Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou, first 2 episodes left me in stitches xD

Normally I don't find anime humor to be very funny. Usually it seems to rely heavily on "funny faces" and lame slapstick, but Azumnaga's character based humor just scratched an itch. The scene when Ms. Kurosawa gets roaring drunk and begins to explain the "facts of life" to the students had me rolling on the floor laughing.
