has anyone seen or heard of this? i saw it when i was like 10 and was entranced by the gritty artwork and post-apocalyptic setting. i saw it again recently after years of not knowing the name and desperate searching for it.

the story is about two opposing wizards, one who is a force of nature and good and the other who is obviously evil and bent on world domination through industry and technology. the film contains sexually suggestive situations and some blood and is rated PG, but i wouldn't let my children watch it. it's intended for mature audiences and contains Nazi symbolism meant to represent war and mass murder.

it was well received when it was released in 1977, and still has a cult following. if you haven't seen it, do yourself a favor and look it up.

I've seen it, it's quite good though much of the symbolism can get easily lost in the action and the stronger symbols. Like most people can see the Nazi symbol, but not many see that the evil wizard used it not far from how Hitler did to band his forces and kingdom together in a united army against the good wizard.

Interesting fact about that movie is that Mark Hamill, Luke Skywalker (Star Wars) and The Joker (Batman Animated Series and Batman Franchise), is also in it as Sean the fairies leader in the forest.
