Has occultic;nine been published in japan?

I have exhausted the internet and i can't find any confirmation that this light novel actually exists all the info i found is from 2013.The release date for it was august so somehow after a year they still haven't translated it?And there is absolutely no information about it post publishing.So i'm mostly asking japanese people because the only possible explanation is that it has only been published in Japan.
