First of all i have read a lot of post of avatar in general anime and manga and also on the western animation thread i just want to confirm what it really is anime or cartoon

No, but fans of it love to say it is. Really makes me facepalm every time a fan tries to debate the fact that it isn't anime.

T_T to think the US stole some styles of anime!
and also to think that i loved that even if it isint an anime but lloks like an anime facepalm like what Yoko did

It was actually animated in Korea, hence why the art looks anime-ish. But being animated in Korea still doesn't make it an anime.

cartoon that was done in that style of anime as mentioned above. I think that's all it is

still good though.

Wow Korea also additional question why is anime similar to korean animation??
