Darkrider21 you have a good point, however I think DenjaX might have this one with Tomoki Sakurai from Sora no Otashimono. I loved both of these anime, but in no other anime have I seen a guy eat a panty-rice ball at a sushi place. Heck the server even knew what his usual was, and Tomoki even got a girl to do it. Not to mention the video DenjaX shared lol.

I think trying to find the perviest female character is a little more challenging. I'd have to vote for Sora Kasugano from Yosuga no Sora (extremely ecchi!) but I'm also torn between Ako and Riko from kissxsis, and Tomoko Kuroki from Unpopular girl (Watashi ga Motenai no wa dō Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui or watamote for short).

What do you guys think?

What about Jiraiya from Naruto. Naruto does refer to him as the Perverted Hermit and he did create a jutsu to make himself invisible so that he could peek at girls bathing and not get caught.

1223tr That's Sora no Otoshimono (lost property of the sky or sky's lost property) Awesome harem/ romance anime with some great action, humor, and a heart touching story line. I think you'll like it. there's 2 seasons, 12 episodes long, 1 ova and a movie. There was some news about season 3 a while back when I was following it, but I'm not sure if it came out yet or if the continuation was confirmed.

Honestly, the first person to pop into my head is that teacher from Azumanga Daioh. I'm sure I've seen worse that I'm just not thinking of, but he's the first to come to mind.
