Everyone says that Kingdom Hearts is the best game ever! So tell me how you feel. Do you have trouble with it , Or don't like how Square-enix could pair up with disney.

i dont have trouble with it i just think it sucks its to kiddish for me l'm not into disney it seems that I'm the only one that doesnt like kingdom hearts. The only kid i will play is Crash Bandicoot Crash is cool.

The Alice thing bugged me also. Unless Ursula turned Ariel human she couln&#39;t really travel to Holow Bastian well unless you put her in a fish tank :D . Besides I liked Ariel as a fighting charater. The next kingdom hearts should be less errr childish but hey the guy is only 14 so I didn&#39;t expect much anyway.

I thought that it was a very good game, partly because of the "childish" quality. I prefer to think of it as innocence, but what&#39;s in a name, eh? The graphics are fantastic, the battle system is fun, and the worlds are fun. All in all, a good game. Though I&#39;m no where near finishing it.

I had the misfortune to play it a few days ago at my cousin&#39;s house (he loves the game) and about 10 minutes into it I wanted to beat the hell out of him for even suggesting that I play it. One thing I thought was stupid was just the overall...ity of it. I mean, square has been making serious, and for the most part good RPGs for many years. Now they pair up with disney and let Goofy and donald help you. How much crack do you have to smoke, people?Square should stay serious, but since Enix came along they&#39;ve been having a hard time doing so.
One of the biggest problems I had was that they made the main weapon A GIANT KEY. That makes it so that none of the game can be serious at all, even if you do somehow manage to forget that goofy and donald are in it.
All of the characters of both Square and disney have had their until now good images have been tarnished by this garbage.

And I think that all copies of it should be thrown into bonfires in the middle of every city on earth with drowning pool&#39;s "let the bodies hit the floor" blaring to remind square NOT TO DO IT AGAIN.

AngryYoungMan, I'm with you 100%. You'd have to pay me to play this game, no matter how much Sephiroth, Cloud, and other FF eye candy they stick in it. The concept of Donald Duck even being in the same room as those characters just boggles my mind. I like Disney. I like Final Fantasy. I like them separate. It's like cheesecake and ramen... both rock, but do not eat them at the same time.

I totally dig this game....well basically I played it for a total of about 2 hours then another game got me interested....I feel bad cuz as I recall I enjoyed the game emensely (sp?). The idea of these two (huge) companies making a game with characters I grew up with (and adore) and gameplay that's second to none (in rpg's, I mean it's Square right) is simply awsome; I'm going to continue my game and beat it!! unless some other game comes along and takes my concentration away...I have a short attention span.;)

I remember I got this game, a year ago with my PS2...

It only cost me a dollar...some kind of promotion
And I bought FFX...So first thing was first..I got home and wacked in X
But I got..dunno...little curious about that fun looking Disney/Square game neatly packed on the shelf with the wrapping still attached..

Untill...well...the part where the island is being consumed and like, I got my butt kicked by the big *** Heartless...
Had no idea what to do...
Few months later...I got stuck and pissed about FFX, so I decided to give it another go...I was so sad that I missed out on so much...that game hooked me:awe:

The lack of Final Fantasy charaters did make me sad and very disappointed...I think there were more Disney characters, though, because of the fact that they were the ones who thought of combining Square and Disney to make a game...Or so I've heard.

I am always suprised how many people dislike Disney so much. I grew up w/ Disney movies, so I was very happy to see them in Kingdom Hearts. I do say that some of the movies they chose were not the best (i.e. Tarzan and Hercules), but I thoroughly enjoyed Halloween Town and Neverland. My true love of Kingdom Hearts comes from the original charaters and the incredible plot that develops.

Chain of Memories comes out 12/8! I can't wait!!!!! CArd Battling worries me a little, and I am sad there are not many new worlds to visit, but I still cannot wait to play it!

Anyhou - I love Kingdom Hearts - it's an awesome game. I'm facing Sephiroth right now as we speak. Plus his meteor move is pretty easy to dodge, once you get to read him right - that is. lol ^^

It took me forever to finally beat Sephiroth. There were quite a few times that I was cursing him <_<.
I really did like his entrance though ^^ ! I also loved the song "One-Winged Angel" that they played during the course of your battle.

As for the game..I admit it. I'm totally in love with Kingdom Hearts. Hands down, it's my favorite game of all time. I was going through a hard time in my life when I first played through it and it was the only thing that completely took my mind off of everything around me. So, you could say that KH holds some sentimental value for me.

Anywho, I also can't wait to play Kingdom Hearts:Chain of Memories and KH2 ^^ !!

Kingdom Hearts was a pretty good game. I played it until I had every secret- including the shitake and Masutake Rank. The way they integrated some of the worlds was well-done, while others just got screwed up. For instance- Agrabah was horribly done, especially with the personalities of Genie and Jafar.
Atlantica was well done, I believe, and played on Ariel's longing to see other worlds.

Anyone who thought the ending was a jip should have realized they were gonna make a sequel- simply because an ending like that would make the sequel highly anticipated(as it is now) and it would make some good money. Though I know the sequel will still contain Disney characters, I'm hoping it will be slightly more mature- and from the previews I've seen it would seem so. The only way to tell is to wait for the game.

Hingdom Hearts 2 - PS2 End of Next Year!

To tell you the truth, I think one of the great moments in the game is the conversation between Sora and the final boss (I won't say the name simply because it's -supposed- to be a suprise who he is, though I think everyone saw it coming). You had your classic "love-conquers-all" type Disney Hero, full of light and strong beliefs of right and wrong, and your dark manipulative philosiphical Square-soft type villain, arguing over the true nature of the world, before the fight begins.

I can't wait to see how the new villains work into the plot- hopefully, between KHCOM and KHII, they won't leave any plot holes on both the return of the heartless, and the obvious fact that travel between worlds is possible again.

Eh, I kind of thought it got corny quite a bit. The ending video made me cry some...I hated that, too! Why did you make me cry?! Anyway, the end boss is so cool! I loves him and his evilness! :awe:

And they can travel between worlds because ( at least this is my theory ) the ability was never blocked. Sure, that door was closed and all, but there could be others, as the king said when they closed it. Plus, there has to be other worlds that need to be sealed and such.

Chain of memories plot, from what I have read:

Chain of Memories retreds alot through the original games' worlds and plots, yet the overarching plot is completely different. I beleive as you progress through the game, new characters and plot points that take place after the original will begin to surface.

For the past week I have been playing Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. I have been thouroghly enjoying it. The card system worried me, but it was not too bad to manage. It is a bit short though, I am already over 1/2 done with the Reverse/Rebirth. I'll give a more descriptive opinoin when I finish it!

When you think of a good game, disney isn't usually apart of it. So when they took one of my favorite RPG series and combined it with the kidiest production company in the world, I was a little scared. I honestly thought it was gonna suck. But after playing the game I found out that it had alot to offer and I honestly loved the fighting style. The story wasn't great, but it was funny and entertaining to watch at the same time. Plus being able to fight Cloud, Squall, and Sephiroth was also a big plus on playing the game. So I am definetly going to buy the sequal when it comes out in hopes that it can not only add to the greatness of KH, but much surpass it. I LOVE KINGDOM HEARTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:cool:

You say kingdom hearts and you get 150 replies in the first second. I personaly thing that disney with square is wierd. The gameplay is pretty fun though.
