Supposing there was a better explanation for the phenomenon currently explained by gravity, it is highly likely that that explanation would simply take on the name of gravity, and gravity as we know it would be called "classic gravity" or something like that. It would still have its use in certain context the same way that Newtonian physics are still used.

I did an experiment on this once. I had very curious result. The experiment involved the adding of 25 O2 to 2 C8H18 and added heat, yielding 16 CO2 + 18 H2O. I did this on the inside of a precisely machined aluminum block with a reciprocating titanium piston. This was attached to a bi-wheeled steel horse. I, was on this horse. The chemical reaction in conjunction with a series of gears and chains was used to raise my kinetic energy. Once high enough, i used a device known as a ramp to convert some of my kinetic energy into potential energy...and then i lost my balance and crashed into the ground, luckily not injuring myself too severely. Seeing how my dirt bike and i didn't continue to rise higher and higher into the air, i concluded that gravity was in fact real.

is this seriously something worth discussing??

ok so what the heck is this post? i belive in gravity its whats keeping me from floating in to space and making my head swell up like a baloon and pop in the end. where would we be without gravity? we'd be in space floating as icecubes if there was no gravity
