I'm going to leave the response of protocol and how this is handled to Minako or Ace, but I will not let you start singling people out in your posts.

When I see someone spam, or etc, or do something bad, sometimes I warn them.

When the warning get's to like 70 percent, the user usually stops being asinine. That's how I deal with them anyway.

Hehehehe, 70% warn levels are fun. That's when the 40-second posting limit more than quadruples to 160 seconds ^_^;;

Really? Wow, I was wondering why he wasn't posting much.

What's a ten percent do?

And a twenty?

And a thirty?

And a forty?

And a fifty?

Yeah, I was wondering about that too. >.>;;

I don't honestly know. It like changes how often they can post by manipulating the default number for people with 0%.

I'd have to ask Ace o_O;;

A Thousand Pardons for this topic. Its just that when my friend comes over he gets on my PC and uses my name on AW. Not sure why he doesn't just use his but I am really sorry for what he has done and im postitive that he won't be posting anymore stuff like this again or getting on my PC. Sorry for the my frieds rudeness. hope you can forgive me. (probable not) Also have you noticed that I have never posted somthing like this before.

10 - 30% doesent seem to do anything (besides showing up as a pretty little progress bar next to your own posts)

it does delay how soon you can make posts after one another, but if you don't spam posting then it won't affect you too much, get much higher and it will suspend your account on its own tho.

The entire warning % system is flawed. The punishment should be relative to what the reason is. If you (like me) flame everything that moves, it should start censoring words commonly used in bashing people. Limiting the post frequency is kinda pointless o.O;

actually if your warning goes up more the board itself, based on your warning level will suspend your posting privlidges. It also comes across as a marker to all form mods and they more than likely will scrutinize your posts more than usual making what you do a bit harder due to the fact that every little teeny tiny thing you do wrong will stand out and increase your warning level. Also if your warning level reaches 100, you're account is gone for good, all the posts etc. So I think it servers its purpose quite nicely.

When you say "gone for good, all the posts etc" will it delete the account and all posts made by the user or do you mean band them forever?

In any case the flood controll is seriously messed up. I got a flood control window even though i hadn't posted for at least 8 hours.

Jakiao

It wont delete your actual posts, that just causes chaos. But, your accounts will be gone and you will be blocked from signing back up.

You are warned up to 30 percent Piku, maybe it's punishing you.

Eris

Is that global (both TMdC and AG) or just AG?

Not that i've posted on TMdC for like 500 years or so, but still.

The warn level is global across all forums.
