Monster/Character Design request

Hey, this request is probably going to be deleted because i cant really supply an image for it, and here is why;

What i need is Creature design for a hardcore pokemon style MMORPG im making. The themes will be quite hard scfi in places, quite sci fantasy in others. But with epic stories liek the FF games, and a much more strategic party combat system, and TONNES of possibility for customization and user generated content. but all that and more is in the future sadly. Right now im right at teh beginning, learning the principles for network multithreading that will enable my programs to host hundreds of players simultaneously, and building the game engine from the ground up.

So i'll get to teh point.
I'm looking for budding game nuts with a passion for anime drawing, who would like to help me create the characters and monsters for a multiverse of creatures.
