Does anyone else out there enjoy podcasts?

Most of the ones I listen to are anime related, but every now and again I'll download shows on literature or other topics. I like to listen to them while I craft or clean, or even do my classwork.

Anyone have a favorite they want to share? I'm always looking for something new :)

Do you mean drama cds? Not so much of a fan for it since I'm more of a visual type of person haha.

Not drama cds, more like radio talk show.

IluvAllison - Anime Round Table and Review is my favorite. I'm not sure if they are still around, but I've got a bunch of their old casts on my iPad. It's a group of three or four people, sometimes a guest, and they spend an hour or so (maybe longer, depending on the series) discussing a particular anime series. They will give their own opinions, and odd facts if they have any to share. It's really interesting.

My roommate and I used to listen to sports podcasts all the time.

My favorite was The B.S. Report - BS meaning the host Bill Simmons hes a really good writer always has an intellectual take on things and the show wasnt always about sports. The only problem i had with it (and this is just me being picky) was it was very New York Boston based because thats where Bill Simmons is from. Other than that it was a good listen while doing homework or studying.

GuiltySpark - Does he still do the cast? Being a Boston fan, it sounds like something I could easily get into.

petitefeet ya he does ill link it. hes got a good style to the show he seems really relaxed and genuine. Unfortunately we are in the dead zone for sports. Once March Madness kicks in the show will be great! Right now hes just been talking about NFL ad nauseam but there has been some good discussion on pop culture (oscars was a focus and it was a good show)

Thanks, GuiltySpark! I'm sure that hubby will enjoy it as well! As soon as baseball season rolls around the real fun starts. He's a Yankees fan, I'm a Red Sox fan - a true household divided.
