Nostalgia Critic is this guy who reviews "retro" shows and movies. Some of these are cartoons. He is VERY funny in how he does his reviews. Here's some of the cartoons he's reviewed (warning, this guy swears quite frequently when expressing how he dislikes certain scenes in the things he reviews, so don't watch if you are easily offended by bad language).

#9 on his list are the "sailor senshi" from the anime Sailor Moon. He also takes the opportunity to poke fun at how long it takes to complete their transformations, and that the badguys seem to just wait for them to finish transforming, rather than attacking them immediately.
He generally doesn't do reviews on anime, but he did 2 anime reviews.
