It's a cable/satellite TV channel meant for babies, and they have lots of cartoons aimed at babies and toddlers. Also some of their shows more resemble computer "screen savers" than actual shows. I think those are to help babies fall asleep because they have soothing images and soothing music.

Cartoons include:
Fred and Fiona
Bonnie Bear
Bloop and Loop
VocabuLARRY
and many more

"Screen saver" shows include:
Two Tone Motion
Color Symphony
Kaleidoscope
Scuba Dots
and a few others

CGI shows include:
Pixies (funny name for pixels, but would more accurately be called voxels as they occupy 3d space)
The Wordies (basically talking CG jelly beans)

Claymation shows include:
Mio Mao

Note, some of their cartoon shows including the computer graphic show The Wordies, are available on Netflix, but none of their "screen saver" shows are on Netflix that I can remember seeing.

Eh, Never seen it, but it sounds like it could be a big help when babysitting.

I watched it when my brothers went through their "lol baby shows" phase. It seems okay i guess.
