Hi everyone.
Please let me know if I'm in the wrong section.
I wanted to know if anyone knows the name of this movie. I just remember it vaguely, I think it should be enough to figure out what movie.
The movie takes place inside a city, mostly in the dark. There are these "Rings" that people buy. I forgot what it does to them, but they are "pink" ( i think ). One of the main character in their is a girl whom some hoodlums kidnnaped. There is this kind of "super hero" which have these armour on and rides on something i don't quite remember.
But the whole movie had these colorful "rings".
Does anyone know this movie?
