Call of Duty Black Ops; the Zombie survival is completely seperate from the actual story, but extremely fun, and has a massive ammount of players.

I used to play Combat Arms zombie modes a lot. It's a F2P PC shooter, but the game is unbalanced and hacker friendly, and the community wasn't too great. Populated community, but most people were tards.

There is a game called dead island which is a first person zombie rpg oh and you can play through it with friends and its really awesome :)
