Can there be a perma ban punishment for people who send private messages to others asking them to join their forums without posting at ALL?

Several people did this to me already. One moron sent it to me twice. The SAME MESSAGE. TWO TIMES.

They&#39;ll deal with it on a case by case manner, judging on how much they&#39;re flooding people.
