Spinach, corn, asparagus, potatoes, tomatoes, bokchoy, onions, carrots, broccoli, peas, bean sprouts, sweet potatoes, ube, eggplant, artichoke, etc. o_o I like the vegetables be prepared in a certain way, but it's funny to say I don't like salad that much.

I love onions, especially Vidalia onions (of course, I live in the South, so that's almost a requirement).

I also like carrots. Sometimes I dip them in ranch dressing, but I'll eat them raw (in fact, I actually don't like eating cooked carrots).
