Having trouble finding a new anime to watch...

Basically, I am looking to find a rather violent, graphically accurate, well animated anime. Something along the lines of the Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal OVA would be nice.

I have seen the following: Rurouni Kenshin, Yu Yu Hakusho, DBZ, DB GT, Neon Genesis Evangelion, All the Gundams, Death Note, FMA, FMA: Brotherhood, Bleach, Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, and others I do not remember off the top of my head.

I would also prefer something with a male protagonist, and little emphasis on romance.

Any suggestions?

You can give Elfen Lied a shot. It's an old anime, so I kinda don't remember how accurate the graphics is, but it's rather violent and gory. There is also Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, a thriller like anime.
