[Help - Plugin] Flash on Google Chrome

I'm not sure if this is how you make a thread since they rules are so weird for making one here. o_O; Anyways lately Flash has been crashing in my Google Chrome and I am being forced to use Firefox as neither nicovideo or youtube last long before it crashes, it keeps on saying the plug-in is crashing, do any of you guys know how to fix this?

I had the same problem awhile ago. I just uninstalled google chrome and installed it again. The second that happened it just fixed itself after a while
