This is the song: http://www.animelyrics.com/anime/fmptsr/mouichidokimi.jis

I'll mark the line I'm unsure of in red. Well, honestly, I'm unsure of any of them, but these are the ones I'm especially unsure of. Could someone please tell me if I'm way off?

Good-bye always arrives
Suddenly like a gentle breeze
The day tears flowed down the smiling face
Of you, who appeared to be a little strong

I'm sure that today too
You're looking straight ahead at tomorrow
Like a sunflower that bloomed
On that wind-swept hill

No matter how far apart we are
I pray that this song reaches you
On the night when tears won't stop
I want to become the moon that illuminates your window

Because I think we'll surely
Meet again...

Your warm palm
Wrapped my stretched out hand
I will never forget
Those sweet days

The reason we met
The reason we parted
I now firmly embrace them in my heart
Believing
Praying
That someday you reach your dream

Ah, I wish I could
Meet you one more time...

If the city looks beautiful after an evening shower
Then surely people become beautiful from the number of tears they shed

Everyone has a place they're going to
I pray we meet again even at such a place...

No matter how far apart we are
I pray that this song reaches you
On the night when tears won't stop
I want to become the moon that illuminates your window

Because I think we'll surely
Meet again...

I didn't have enough time to go through the entire song, but the red lines looked fine to me.

Just one little thing: tsuyogaru is not quite to appear strong. It's more like to act strong/tough, in a somewhat stubborn manner.
Here, the "you" is trying to act strong at the time of farewell.

Ah, true, thanks for that pointer. I'll take it into account.

>That someday you reach your dream
>kimi ga itsuka no yume ni todoku you ni

Itsuka (some day/some time) can refer to both the future or the past depending on the context (as in "Someday I will be president" [future]; "I think I met you someday" [past]). Your translation would be correct if the line read "kimi ga itsuka yume ni todoku you ni".

"Itsuka no ~" (literally, "from someday"), on the other hand, is a difficult phrase to translate, but basically it means "from before" or "from (some point in) the past". "Itsuka no yume" (literally, "that dream from someday") means "that dream you held before (in the past)"; it's difficult to judge from the context alone, but probably this refers to one's childhood dreams.

Thanks Datenshi, good point.

How about "That you'll reach the dream you've held all this time" for that line?
