Should be pretty fun and self-explanatory, but here are some reminders/rules just for posterity.
Based on whatever you know about the member above you, use any art medium you're good at to describe them either physically or figuratively. Don't BAWWW if somebody ninja'd you to drawing the member that you were in the middle of drawing them, you'll get a second chance to catch them, or post it anyway even if it's out of line.
Since I'm first, I'll start with a random member.
