I found this while traveling around on youtube. Does anyone knows what game this is and if so where I can find it? Is it new? Is it old? Is it good or is it bad?

No I haven't since I don't like Bleach or Naruto. Though it's free to play. Worse case scenario you wast a bit of time trying it out.
