I think it`s from Girls Bravo, think it`s season 1

I don't think it's Girls Bravo. I saw season 1 (a long time ago), but I don't remember such scene. And it doesn't look like there is a girl character with green hair.

It's supposedly an ad for Axe. For the anime, I honestly don't know...
