Internet Explorer 9 RC brings a whole lot of new security features like ActiveX filter or privacy control, feedback based UI improvements and download manager improvements. Along with improved HTML5, CSS3 support and faster JavaScript engine over the older Beta release, you can also enjoy WebM support.
