These are basically a small sample of my ongoing portfolio. Some of these artwork goes back as far as my middle school days and hence they will greatly vary in quality of work and craftsmanship. Atlantis and Asian Sensation are both competition pieces, I got through the first phase of judging but unfortunately it did not move onto State level competition.

The first three drawings don't really have an in depth purpose and were simply art exercises. But anything following that have more in depth meaning and had several decisions made on it...but it would take too long to write explanations for all of them...so just enjoy them. And please do NOT claim them as your own or take it out of this thread without my express permission. I have worked especially hard on all of them and some pieces are possible candidates for me to put inside my admission portfolio for my major. Critiques are greatly appreciated!

Moonlight Temple: Interesting, it was hard to look at at first but after really studying it I get the view though I think it's a bit crowded.

Leo: I'm guessing the orange parts are cut and pasted to the other paper or is it the other way around? It's nice, gotta be hard to picture what to cut right?

Contour Drawing: That's a bike amirite? The background is very detailed, looking closer at it the designs are really interesting, I mean those are gotta be hard to put together.

Black and White: Not really digging it, I can't get the human shape much.

Sugar Rush: Funny this reminds me of my eight-year old cousin who would splash some paint on the wall and call it "Me ART!", but it's really cute~ It does give out that sugary vibe to me, maybe it's the violet? X-]

Two Faced: Now with that many Venetian masks clearly it's not just two faced?

Colorful Jellyfish: Is it me or do they just look like jellyfish that lives on dry land and is now migrating to a hotter part of the world? Other than that I'm loving the way you worked with watercolor, I hate how when I use them they get all over the place.

Atlantis: Pisces? I'm just not feeling it...

Asian Sensation: It's nice but I feel like it's more Japanese/Chinese/Korean oriented, if you are considering Asian then there's a lot you are missing on this.

Human Rights: I love this one very much! It's obvious and expressive.

Koala Bears: Koko Crunch? Just wondering, were you inspired by a snack when you did this because other than it reminds me of Koko Crunch it also reminds me of this snack that I used to eat when I was young and it was designed like a koala bear.

Sweet Dreams: So lovely, I like the ice-cream bit... and now you are making me hungry...

All I can say is that they are all very good, and I like how they vary. Keep it up!
