Default Tsubasacon 2009 - WV's Premier Anime Con; Oct 9th - 11th 2k9

Hey guys...Doug Trovinger (aka Dougerz) from Tsubasacon. Just coming on board and letting everyone know that we are going to be having our 6th Annual Convention coming up this October in beautiful Huntington, West Virginia. Here are the details and the info to know to go:

Dates: October 9th - 11th, 2009
Location: Big Sandy Superstore Arena's Riverside Ballroom & Conference Center
City / State: Huntington, West Virginia (USA)

We are proud to have our convention hosted here in Huntington for the fourth year in a row (the first two were in Charleston, WV). We have a lot of new and exciting events that are coming up that we'll pass along when we get them finalized.

Pre-registration has already begun and you can purchase your tickets at a discounted price and not have to wait at the door. The following price tiers are in place:

Before June 6: $30.00

June 6 – September 5: $35.00

After September 5: $40.00 (online only)

Have a group of friends that may want to come along for a weekend of Anime fun in the Mountain state? Great, we have a $5 discount per person for groups larger than 10 if registered before September 5th.

For more information and / or to pre-register for the event, please visit our website at http://www.tsubasacon.org.

Marketing & advertising swaps are available as well. We're working our best to get the word out to as many people as we can. For more information relating to that, please contact me at dougerz@tsubasacon.org.

Thanks much and from all of us at Tsubasacon, we hope you have a safe and prosperous new year!

Douger =)
