ok, so i have a costume idea and everything (Ritsuka from Loveless) but this is MY FIRST EVER ANIME CONVENTION. what should i do to make it a great experience? besides bringing alot of money to buy stuff and actually get in.

the entrance fee is $40 and groups of 5 people or more get a group discount.

you can pre-register etc and you can buy a badge the day of. its being held at the Hyatt Regency Crown Center in Kansas City.

A big tip I would say to have is that you should set up time schedules for everything in order to get the most out of the convention, also, LEAVE HOME EARLY! I made the mistake of leaving my house like a half an hour before I wanted to be there and I almost missed the vendor room because we got lost on Trust Street. Conventions are sort of like weddings, anything than can go wrong, probably will.
