I made 2 walls with Sakura. I like the images I have, but placement and the background aren't being nice to me. Part of my problem I think is that I am trying to stick to the character's color scheme... I don't have a lot of experience with pink.

So I can see lots of problems. I'd like to see the problems from a different perspective. Or maybe there are no problems and I am just too anal. :|

Is the text too much? I just felt like there was a blank spot and it needed something... the text is related to the context of the pictures from that particular episode.

#1 Sakura 1
#2 Sakura 2

Input will be appreciated!

ありがとみんあさま!

Opening the links in a new tab gave me 404 errors, but directly clicking on them worked... must be some geocities quirk.

I really like the background of the first one, like a flashflight shining on a crumpled piece of paper creating nice fast falloff.

The text is too much imho, I know what it refers to but it just doesn't fit in the wallpaper.

The main image of sakura in the first one seems too blurry, and the second one has a lot of artefacts. Try using the smudge tool on the second to get rid of the ones on her back and arms.

The smaller images look better on the first image, the second one chops off her head .

Good work on both, keep it up!

When someone can discern that clouds are the background (whether with lighting effects or not), it's not a suitable background.
