Can any one tell me the title of this anime

well yes its Fuederal,

Things that i could remember hmmm I cant say much bout the story coz its was a few years ago T_T 6 or 5? cant remeber any way description of the hero

its kinda like a fantasy chinese story. with Gods and normal people and they use magic and elements

Hero 1)
Has Black Chinese Like Dress who rides a flying dunno a hippo crossbrid with a horse and a girafee >.<

Hero 2)
Has a metal ball both on his feet which makes him float has a scarf all in red as his hair and dress pants has big metal arm bands which is kinda like the source of his powers.
(story behind him he is a powerfull human gifted with powers that had a kill a Dragon God, he was then curse to die and live again from start by another powerfull dragon God)


errr forgot the rest >.<

i also think it's Soul Hunter, known in Japan as Senkai-den Hōshin Engi
