state some weaknesses of the bleach characters when it comes to fighting (be it their fighting styles, soul slayer abilities or overall attitude)

EX: Hitsugaya, Toushirou althogh talented, has many years of experience lacking when it comes to his bankai mastery

and if you were the enemy, how would you take advantage?

Renji thinks too highly of himself and misjudges his enemies but other than that idk

Indeed that he does, Twiggy. ._.' Never thinks before he acts. There are other weakness that imply as well. Such as Rukia being a soul reaper. Her relationship with Ichi might be a weakness. o_O'
