Senkei mystery

Kuchiki Byakuya's bankai (senbon Zakura Kageyoshi) has many forms right? One of them is senkei (annihilationscape) which he says that he only used it twice, Ichigo being the second. In that case, who was the first person to see senkei?

We do not know but i guess it was Kaien Shiba. I dunno why but I have a feeling it was him. Also, it seems that Byakuya holds a grudge or something against Kaien
