[REQ] Name of song

Hello !

I unfortunately have no idea from which anime this song is from. I managed to catch an excerpt from it in a film festival a year or so backward.

Here's a link to the only MP3-encoded clip I have of the song. I've remastered the clip to remove any background noise that might interfere.
