Do you know this song? (Blue Bird??)

i downloaded this music some time ago... and tried to write its lyrics.
the file is called "blue_bird.mp3" and it lasts 2:01.

i want to know if the name of the song is really "Blue Bird", and if it is from an Anime or Game.

I searched for its lyrics before to compare with the ones i have, but i couldn't find anything.

This are the lyrics that i wrote (might contain mistakes).

i know can be dificult to identfy the song by its lyrics, but i decided to post it just in case.

BTW, im new in this forum, and this is my first post.

Edit: I thought it could be a good idea to post it in romanji too...
Also there are some parts where i wrote what i heard (both romanji and kanji versions), and im not sure if they're ok.
