What do u think of kenpachi from bleach and that he doesnt have a bankai

I like him. It is too abd that his zanpaktou (sp?) won't tell him it's name so he can actually be able to gain bankai (which I coulkd imagine being very powerful, considering how strong he is without it).

Of course, earlier on, he didn't need it. His Reiatsu was already so strong, just a non-released zanpakutou was enough for him. Now that the arrancar are a thread, and he has come to the Human World, I think it is more necessary for him to obtain at least ShiKai.

I'm wiith you on that XeroXIII. Seeing how crucial it is for the Shinigami's side to have a strong power that would match and exceed those of Aizen, it would be likely necessary for Zaraki to obtain Shikai(when he is capable of Shikai, I suppose that it would be much easier for him to achieve Bankai since his reiatsu is nontheless, huge and much qualified for a captain level). Heck, if he does, it will be one hell of massive disturbance to Aizen's side.

I would be agraid of him having a shikai much less a bankai. This guys fighting ability is insane. He beat the former captain of his squad and (ashamed to admit this next part) totally pwned Tousen even after he released his bankai. Anything he does is ridiculously powerful/

I agree with Xero XIII,that he does not have even Shikai...
Kenpachi desn't need Bankai,not even Shikai,he has all he needs,if he had more power it would be a mess...But even so,I hope he'll have one sooner or later - considering the fact that Bleach is still producing,you can hope for that...I think...

Zaraki is the man. The guy is so insanely powerful he doesn't even need a shikai to beat people. Hell, his unreleased zanpakuto was enough to defeat Ichinose's Bankai. His spirit power alone > everyone else

Given how monstrously powerful he is, can you imagine his potential if he learned bankai? I think he'd be well on the road to nearing Aizen's level of power.

his sword isnt a sol slayer ... i think... it is just a crap old katana... but if it is a soul slayer he doseent have one because he sees the weapon as a tool not as something to aid him in battle and to give strength

Zangetsu asked Ichigo if he could hear Kenpachi's sword crying - calling for its owner.

Though Kenpachi denies everything about zanpakutous, kidou, etc., he still wants to get stronger.
& by getting stronger, that would mean being in one with his soul slayer.
Now if that ever happens, he can PWN anyone!

Before the SS Arc ended, Ichigo admitted that he didn't want to fight that monster (Kenpachi) AGAIN.

Zaraki Kenpachi is quiet the interesting character, If I may say so myself. His level of raw spiritual power, despite knowing not the name of his Zanpakuto, is so tremendous he can compete against the forces of both Shikai and Bankai leveled Soul Slayers. While his methods are rather idiotic, because he seems fond of taking the blows rather than wisely evade them, the fact he CAN endure the attacks is very well impressive and I say, "More power to him".

Lately, I've noticed a lot of speculation as to when and if he learns the name of his Zanpakuto, how powerful he will become. A while back, in the archives of Fanfiction.net, some man wrote a stand alone fic based on that idea. In that story, he imagined that should Kenpachi awaken his Soul Slayer, there would be no level of Bankai and/or Shikai between them, that simply by acknowledging his Zanpakuto fully, he would rise to a higher plane of power; as though learning it's name would somehow unleash a tidal wave of raw spiritual energy that Zaraki's arrogance had withheld. I was quite taken by this idea, and I support it fully. Of the many ideas I've come across by others, this one is probably the most likely to occur, or what I think is the most fitting. It's rather fun to imagine the possibilities, don't you all agree? I'm positive in my thinking that we're nearing the end of the prolonged wait to discover the name and abilities of Kenpachi's Zanpakuto. But should it never come, it will remain entertaining to wonder back and think about.

And should it happen? Then let us all hope that it is something that suits Zaraki himself, and not something the creators just threw out there half-assedly to quite us.

i bet kenpachi could take ichigo if he learned shikai, and maybe even take aizen if he got a bankai. i haven't read the manga past where the anime is so i don't know everything that's happened later on.

Kenpachi's really physically powerful and fits right into the 11th Division mentality, so it would be extremely ironic if his shikai/bankai is kido-type sword like Yumichika's.

If Yamamoto's shikai was the enormous flaming . . . thing . . . that he fought Shunsui and Ukitake with, then his bankai might still be more powerful than Kenpachi's though.

And on the good side, maybe learning bankai will bring Kenpachi to a state of enlightenment where he can even see through Aizen's illusions. That would be excellent.

He's strong alright, but I still wish to know what's his bankai. His zanpakutou is in 'shikai' state like Ichigo's but I think he can still be stronger by having bankai, then rematch against Ichigo.

Kenpachi is not in his Shikai state right now, his sword appears corroded as it is because of the fact that it is like Kenpachi, it makes itself as weak as possible for a good fight, and in reality, Kenpachi would be much stronger if he learned to communicate with his Zanpaktou because so far, his power clashes with it because of the way he uses it, as a tool instead of an ally.

Realistically... he's probably not gonna get a bankai. He doesn't even know his zanpakatou's name! Granted the storyline would also be disrupted because he would be stronger than most of the Arrancar and Vaizards. There wouldn't be a need for our favorites like Toushiro, Ichigo, and Chad. They wouldn't be neccessary!
But for all my ranting, it would be pretty cool....

Kenpachi is one of my favorites, and almost all the opinions say that he'll be really strong with shikai or bankai. When will he get it? Don't know, but Tite Kubo said that he wishes to explore and develop his character. So, if we don't see a deep talk between Zaraki and his zanpakutou, maybe he will get an arc for himself to do it some time later.
