Asuna Yuuki's Sketch

Hey guys,
I came across this drawings section so I thought I might as well show you guys my first and only sketch.
Yes, it's like I said, it's my first sketch so far. I don't know why or how, but I had this sudden interest in drawing so I took a pencil and a paper out to start drawing and this was the outcome:

It took me a lot of time though, which isn't impressive for the outcome D:
So I gotta draw more to sharpen my skills.

That's exactly it. Keep practicing and eventually you will get
better and better. I've been drawing for over ten years on and off, because
at some parts I gave up. I felt like I would never improve.

But don't give up~
Use other people's drawings as basis to improve yourself.

A word of advice when it comes to sketching as a beginner:
Use body bases to learn anatomy and how the body moves.
Especially since anime character have special anatomy (bigger
heads, longer arms and legs, thinner frames and larger eyes).

Don't think he frequents this site anymore, but i can tell you he still continues drawing. If you'd like i can give you a link to show his more recent stuff.

Sorry I kind of become inactive on the site and didn't update any of my recent drawings in here, but like @Mystelinth said, I still draw every now and then and I do enjoy it. I can notice the huge difference I made since I last drew this Asuna's sketch.

It's true I'm not posting here frequently but I do check it every now and then just to see if someone replied to any of my posts/threads or if I got a PM.

Thanks a lot for the advice though, it could help a lot in case I start drawing full-body characters.
