What type of tree for this years X-mas

What type of tree are you having for christmas this year? Like
Artificial or real? I love real trees but this year we got an artificial tree cuse we are going away and boy do I hate it!

TO me it's not even clsoe to a decent Christmas, what kind of a Christmas is it without a REAL tree? And getting one down yourself is ALL the damn well better, and the big tall fat ones, oouuuhhh AWESOME!!!

Up until last year my family always did the real tree thing.

Not only that, but we went up into the mountains, and I frickin chopped down our own tree, with an axe, and drug it through the snow with my big muscles, because thats how hardcore I am.

Well I hiked up to my attic, dug through all the leftover crap from when we moved in, with my bare hands, dragged the plastic tree box down both flights of stairs with my lack of muscles, because that's how hardcore I am.

I guess you were a little, disgusted ((to say the least...^^')) when you saw the fact that people might say that they get fake trees in this thread. Looks like you feel pretty strongly about this.... lol!!

Well, I've always gotten a real tree since I was a baby. In fact, we just gor our tree tonight, it's in pretty good shpe if i might add. But the only way I could even THINK about getting a fake tree is if it looked ALOT like the real thing. Which they do have some like those, but they cost a lot, my grandma has one, so i know...

Well, here in my country we all use fake/plastic trees. Yes, we are a small island and if we all or a majority begin to cut the pine trees... lets say there wont be any for next year. Anyway, we have a big, almost real looking plastic tree, and it's pwetty =3

Just how does a real Christmas tree constitute a "a decent" Christmas? Artificial trees are just as good and you save time and hassle, though I have to admit it's a pure hassle assembling an artificial tree.

I prefer to use an artificial tree because of the fact that it can be used from year to year and doesn't make a mess.

^True, my parents have had the same artificial trees for like 20 years. It's easy to put up and take down. The main advantage is that we don't have to water it or worry it might catch on fire. Or have a squirrel living in it .

I've always known fake trees, but I do want to try the real thing one day.

HAHAHA, anyways, I wanted to say when I was little the family I used to live with did not have a tree..so I always use to cut one small one and I fixed myself and stuff and it was great, but anyways my family uses artificial.. I guess we do not have the Xmas spirit...and we still have not put the tree yet. We always do it on Christmas eve or a day before that...hahaha...but it is just us...we tend to do things at the last minute.

We tend to do things last minute at my house as well, however it's usually in the range of a week before christmas and the stuff never gets taken down for about another two months lol
