I have been asked, and I simply said they come from a girl's tummy. If tjey shoild ask how the baby gets in the tummy, I just tell them that babies naturally grow there just like plants grow from the ground.

Depends on the age. More edited for the little ones, basic science for a liitle bit older. Then pictures of stds and videos of childbirth for the ones who are old enough to know better.

If I had a kid, I'd probably tell him that he came out of Mommy and Daddy's love.
I just want to share a story: When I was in elementary, my Mom was pregnant. I asked her where did the baby come from. And she told me that she and my Dad drew the baby and then prayed for it to be real. And VOILA!
