Honestly I want to make commissions off my art, but i dont even know if my price tag is alright, I made 15 bucks out of luck on this..so what do you think, price seems fair?

About your drawing, I really liked it, thanks for sharing Is that guy an anime character?
Anyways, I love his facial expression, hair and clothes, including those boots. I think you should add some more white strips on his clothes, above the belly and in both legs to mark more contrast with the black (but again I don't know if that guy is an anime character)

Also I think the great lack in your drawing is the absence of a background, I think it'd gain a lot more with one and that you should post your "personal mark" (FFZ3@ DEVINANTART) on that background, maybe staying oblique the same, it's just not cool for it to be over the character's body.
