I am relatively new to the anime world (within the past few years), but I recently started watching Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood on Netflix. Unfortunately, it doesn't go past Part 2 (which I should have looked for BEFORE I started watching it). However, they do have all of the original series, so I suppose I will get started on that.

Anyway, after only a few episodes, I became a major fan of the series. And so, without denying my artistic tendencies, I just had to draw a few pictures.

Now I know my art style is a little different than traditional anime, but it was quite difficult drawing in your own way, but having the picture still look like that character... I need more practice...

And I apologize for the poor, grainy image quality; I took the photos with my phone.

Nice, I like them all alot! Particularly the chibi lol. A piece of advice would maybe lay off the "eye shadow". Some of their eye's, (the first one, mostly) is to dark on the bottom, and looks like he put on to much mascara this morning, however the "Snap" photo is very well done in regards to eye liner. Other than that, fantastic job!

I do agree, and I have been struggling with minimizing that. It makes all the guys I draw look more like women.

Pencil and pens. Pencils can never go dark enough on their own. ;P

You are a great artist, really! I haven't watched Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, but I know which anime is it...and 'am looking forward to see your new drawings!
