I'm pretty sure Ryu was talking about a previous game in which she was a wolf. I don't think it has much standing on this one, however. Whether she's a wolf or townie still remains to be seen.
Anyway, there's not much happening. Let's get things started.
[Suggest Vote Lynch DeathBlade/13.666]
Reasons:
He was the first to post, and said that he was trying to get other people involved with the game as well. However I didn't exactly see him doing much, other than posting. If he was really trying to bring others into the thread, he could have least tried mentioning them. To me it seems like he's just trying to wait out the first day phase as much as possible, giving the wolves a head start, when the numbers are already against us.
Pointing out a random quote by RyuTama and in an attempt (how I saw it, in any case), to try and put pressure on her, when 1) I honestly saw nothing wrong with her statement, and 2) she is an active player as well as a veteran, which would of course make her a prime target for the wolves very early in the game. The fact that you decided to mention her when she wasn't online (for once...), and therefore unable to respond or defend herself, also makes you appear slightly scummy.
There's not much else for me to go on, but for now you're the only that really seems even the least bit scummy to me.
Well Cap, as for the folks I was trying to get envolved; Observer and Tiv, possibly Kaito. I didn't feel a need to strong-arm them into this. Mainly because it wouldn't be any fun for them, and they probably wouldn't be active as well as join in the Wolf games to come. They had expressed slight interest in the game. I told them it's still open (Even thought Observer pointed out that the sign-ups were closed), and more than welcomed to join. If you or anyone else feels it wasn't enough, sorry.
As for the quote, It was pretty much an attempt to get things started without throwing out lynch suggestions. Like what happened in the prior game when I voted for Amu in the very beginning. I never expected it to get anywhere, but just enough to get people talking enough to get the game going somewhat. As for her being online or not when I mentioned it. I actually don't bother to look at who's on and who's not. I just try to be active and possibly get others to be.
Now with that, I'm not sure if you're a townie, trying to get the ball rolling and possibly use this to sniff some real clues out, or a wolf trying to create a bit of stir of things. I'm not going to throw a suggestion out until I've got more info to go on (Unless it's getting to zero-hour on the end of the day phase, then I'll go with everything I've got and probably a gut feeling.) But if you want Pinocchio can use the lie detector to proof that I'm a townie.
Once the game has started and roles are passed out, then yes, sign ups are closed. I recall Ryu trying to get some others involved as well during sign ups, but once the game starts, then there's no point in trying to encourage others to join; Maru even posted a "Sign ups are closed" message when the game started, so I seriously doubt you could have missed that.
And no, I'm not pointing you out for trying to encourage people to join. It sounded like you were just wanting people to post, and if that were the case, you could have easily mentioned them in order to get their attention. As for having only 13 players in this game, I'm not mad at all, lol. I've played games with 9 players or less, so I for one don't mind it.
Sometimes throwing out a vote is the most efficient way to get things started. Sitting back and idly pointing things out looks as if you're just expecting others to take action while you're just watching from the sidelines; a scummy move. Any wolf can say "oh, so-and-so looks suspicious because of this-and-this", but not vote. If that were the case, then if that person (a townie) ended up being lynched, chances are that wolf could get off the hook by saying "I wasn't on their bandwagon, I just pointed some things out".
Well, no one knows I'm a townie. Except for the wolves, of course. As for stirring things up, I'm just doing the same thing you were hinting at; I'm getting things started, albeit in a more direct and active manner. I don't intend on waiting for things to happen; I'd rather make an impact on this game. With a ratio of 4 wolves to 9 townies, town needs to be as aggressive and active as possible if we have a chance of succeeding.
It's a bit early for suggestions, there's no real evidence O.o
My mood on a daily basis
On getting last second joiners: That's pretty much what I figured, but like Ryu said, "Keep trying". So I checked with them one last time, just in case.
On the first suggestion of the game: Last game I threw out the first vote, just like your doing (albeit, with just randomness in picking Amu) and if other's hadn't spotted an actual scum, or two I would've been lynched. Then I was killed NP1. So I'm trying to be a tad bit more cautious this time.
On your defense of my statement: Well, that does make sense. Being more direct and active/aggressive would help to weed more hints out at least.
If this inactiveness keeps up, I'm not going to play future games. I'm sick of staring at the same posts and then people getting called out for trying to get it active.
My mood on a daily basis
I think she thought the same thing I was, that you were just talking about inactive players.
I'm not "throwing out a vote", I'm substantiating it. I realize there's not much behind said vote, but it's honestly the best that can be done right now. If more people were to post, this would be a lot easier.
As for being killed in N1, I don't mind risking my neck by scumhunting as much as possible. If you or someone else flips scum by tonight, then as long as I help contribute to the town, I really don't see what the problem is.
Yes indeed.
@aerophobia I saw you dash in and out real quick. We need some help, man.
I second this... but we might as well do as much as we can with what we have. D:
Hey, I'm just going to say I am active in this game. It just seems its not time for me to make judgements yet as to there are less than half of the total players who actually posted in this day phase... D; Derrick and .Sev were viewing this thread yesterday but they didn't put some input/presence.
DON'T CLICK BELOW
lol That just about clears the confusion up on that.
As for dying quickly in the game: I agree, but it just jerks me around a little to not be able to continue playing.
And I agree about the inactivity issue.
Today is a Monday and people have school, work, etc. So the inactivity is to be expected, especially when there are so few of us in this game.

OMG! Actual activity....(somewhat)!!!
Glad to see a few new posters... Now gimme a sec to see what's going on (@Capricorn , y u type so much in the morning? D: ), and get some coffee.

Ohsnap? What's this? "Regardless of your faction", eh? Are you implying you could be a wolf this time as well?
Oh sure, only allow multi-lynchings when I'm a wolf, huh? ;__; /joking.
@Capricorn , what's with this pressure on DB? I doubt he'd be so obvious about all of this. He's still relatively new, so I don't see the need to jump down his throat like that about a few mistakes... if you recall, I screwed up last game, and look where that led town (totally my fault though, oups). I'm not trying to defend him, but nothing screams scum to me atm. It's good to want to be actively involved, but you seem a bit too eager. As you said, there's not many players, and there's not much to go off of in the first place. Why so persistent?
Today's a holiday, no? o_O That's the only reason I'm on now, lol.
Lol, yeah. Oops. But then again, I'm not sure if the majority of the players are in Canada as well.. Plus if you're on, that must mean that quite a few of them would be able to log on as well. Just my thinking anyway... Still waiting for the caffeine to wake my brain up. ._.
@ZombieWolf2508 Ryu's got a point... Care to explain in further detail?
*twiddles thumbs* Humm humm...
@.Sev , sup?
Celebrating Martin Luther King Jr. day outside, or if they're in the South...Celebrating Gen. Robert E. Lee's Birthday, and/or MLK Jr.'s too.
Mamma mia! This is going nowhere fast. Ja, let's do something about that.
[Suggest Lynch Capricorn]
You seem too eager to start things off. No one has posted, there have been very few opportunities for slip ups. I don't really see how DB is suspicious just by not mentioning inactive players: he tried striking conversation with me because I was active, and that's exactly what you're doing. It's all swell that you're wanting to encourage activity, but you're practically accusing DB of being scummy when you're both doing the same thing.
Not only that, but you seem to be defending me by pressuring DB... how come? Because I'm a vet? So what? Vets can be wolves. What makes you so sure that I'm not scum?
lol We might have better luck getting the guests envolved, sheesh... And Kaitou+ complained about the last game being slow moving.
Anywho, Ryu makes a good point, even if it is just to get the game going further. Got any to defend yourself with, Cap?
