Hey all!
This thread applies only to the US citizens 18 and over. Sorry everyone else.
I have one question for you if you can vote in the USA: Have you voted yet?! I don't care who you vote for, but what I do care about is that you get out and VOTE! Today is the time to make a statement. Each and every one of us have an opinion that matters today. Regardless of who you vote for, make your opinion count and be sure to vote!
Don't know where to vote? Check out http://www.vote411.org/pollfinder.php to find your polling center!
Not registered to vote? If you live in Idaho, Iowa, Maine, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, Wisconsin, or Wyoming then you can register to vote at the polling center today! All other states, ... well then you're out of luck.
I was in queue to vote today at 6:30AM. By 7:00AM, the line stretched over 150 feet out the door. BUT, a long line does NOT mean a long wait! I spent 10 minutes registering my change of address, and by the time I finished the people at the end of the line when I went in were already voting!
While there were many races going on in Wisconsin, I only voted for the President of the United States and our senator. I voted for the Barack Obama ticket, and I am proud to have done so.
So I ask you all again: Have you voted yet, or will you vote today?
